In a comment left on our previous post Bobby Bowden Gives Jimbo Fisher the Finger, Kevin Donahue of Fanblogs fame says he’s now hearing that Jimbo Fisher and the Florida State Seminoles have patched up their differences and that Fisher will be introduced as the new FSU Offensive Coordinator today.
It just gets interestinger and interestinger, don’t it? Stay tuned.

- Tallahassee.com is reporting something similar to what Kevin Donahue told us, or at least part of it.
“…a day after FSU announced it had withdrawn its offer to Fisher, both parties were talking again. Speculation on Sunday soon followed a familiar path to it being a “done deal,†…”
- AL.com is reporting what we’d heard as rumor a day or so ago: Jimbo Fisher is no longer a candidate to join Nick Saban’s staff at Alabama. Wonder what that’s all about? Money? Long hours? Nicky realizing that Jimbo wouldn’t be there for long?

Jimbo has now signed the offer at Florida State (within the last 30 minutes).
FSU will hold a press conference this afternoon, probably just an hour or two before the BCS pre-game show goes on the air.
