As of 9:30a today, both sides have reached a tentative agreement and Fisher is scheduled to be introduced this afternoon. No time has been set for a press conference, but the word has gone out from the Athletic Department that a presser will be held this afternoon - for what it's worth. I agree with you, schmed. Despite the public brush-off from Florida State, Fisher and the Noles are again negotiating. I really don't know what to make of it, other than Fisher's agent (Jimmy Sexton) overplayed his hand and Bowden called his bluff. FSU is now also planning to talk to Larry Fedora (Okie State), Kevin Rogers of the Minnesota Vikings and Valdosta State head coach Chris Hatcher if talks don't produce a contract with Fisher by noon Monday.
